My favorite part is I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do because the workouts and coaches are ready to go. The workouts are always different. We’ve never done the same workout twice which keeps it fun! The people that show up to the workouts are great and so supportive. In my career I spend the day planning, organizing, and anticipating problems so it’s nice to show up and free my mind for the workout. I joined in July to get in shape for an Elk hunt in October, not certain if I had enough time. Since July, I have lost 20+ pounds and two pants sizes.
Best of all, I feel amazing! Working out with this group gives me more energy for the day. I would encourage anyone to join Mark’s gym!
