I started incorporating weight training to my workouts a little over a year ago. I can’t say enough good things about the community Mark and his coaches have created. I kept reading that women in their 40s benefit greatly from adding weights to their weekly workouts and I wanted to know if that was true. I had been a runner my whole life, so this was something completely new to me and I must say I’m so glad I did.
I love feeling stronger and seeing the ways my body has changed throughout the months. The number on the scale hasn’t changed, but l’ve learned that fitness is more than a number on a scale, but it’s about the way you feel and move your body.
