My introduction to Mark and his workout/fitness class has been a total game-changer for me. His structured workouts pushed me out of my comfort zone, and the camaraderie of the class kept me motivated. Mark himself is also an excellent source of motivation, he definitely challenges us to out-perform and overachieve, everyday. I’ve always been “athletic”, mostly from tennis, but really never at a peak fitness level. I’m the fittest I’ve ever been in my life, and with that comes feeling stronger and energized throughout the day, thanks to Mark. But it’s not just about physical transformation – it’s the mental toughness and confidence that comes from consistently conquering tough hard workouts. I see or hear about challenging workouts, and I no longer think that it can’t be done.
I now think it can and WILL be done… I never thought I would say this, but I genuinely crave the classes and workouts, and look forward to it every morning. All of the coaches bring a variety of programming experience to the mix, so you never see the same workout again. The energy, sweat, progress – it’s addictive.
The workouts push your limits, and the circuits can be intense, but definitely not impossible. I’ve never felt that anything in the programming was dangerous. The intensity can be tailored to any fitness level. But it is safe to say that anyone’s fitness level will be raised quickly with his programming. Becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable, is basically the take-home message. This fitness journey hasn’t just made me fitter; it’s made me mentally tougher, more resilient, and more motivated than ever.
